Overlooking our patio sits our restaurant, on a uniquely stylish and welcoming terraza with a lively dash of Spanish Colonial verve.
The menu celebrates an entirely fresh approach to the very best ingredients - some familiar, some surprising - creatively paired, never over-worked, always brought together with extraordinary results.
Our Chef seeks out the harvest of Honduran farmers and from our own organic garden and transforms these honest, unsullied ingredients into distinctively new presentations that reflect her imaginative interpretation of classic Honduran and International cuisine with a modern twist.
For the surprising decor, we have conjured up the atmosphere you would find in a Grand Hacienda during the Spanish Colonial Period. While you are there, you almost forget you are in the middle of Tegucigalpa in the 21st Century.
In addition to making selections from the A la Carte Menu, you may choose the Menu of the Day. For more casual meals, you may choose from our menu of light international dishes which may be enjoyed at the restaurant or in your room.
In the morning, guests of the Inn are treated to a complimentary gourmet breakfast featuring freshly baked treats prepared by our pastry chef, fresh fruit of the season, organic homemade jam, and several cereals to choose from.
We also provide high altitude organically grown coffee, and tea, and room service is available.
Our restaurant is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 p.m.
