Overlooking our patio sits our restaurant, on a uniquely stylish and welcoming terraza with a lively dash of Spanish Colonial flair.
The menu celebrates an entirely fresh approach to the very best ingredients - some familiar, some surprising - creatively paired, never over-worked, always brought together with extraordinary results.
Our chef seeks out fresh ingredients from the local farmers market as well as herbs, vegetables, fruit and spices grown in our own garden (see our produce). She transforms these into distinctively new presentations that reflect her imaginative interpretation of classic Honduran and International cuisine with a modern twist. Mango and papaya salad dressings are just some of the favorite treats enjoyed by our guests.
For the surprising decor, we have conjured up the atmosphere you would find in a Grand Hacienda during the Spanish Colonial Period. While you are there, you almost forget you are in the middle of Tegucigalpa in the 21st Century.
In addition to making selections from the A la Carte Menu, you may choose the Menu of the Day.
In the morning, guests of the Inn are treated to a complimentary breakfast featuring daily baked breads prepared by our chef, ripe fruit of the season, organic jam, freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade granola and several cereals to choose from. From our menu indulge in a typical Honduran breakfast of eggs, tortillas and frijoles or a hot omelet of your choice.
We also provide high altitude organically grown coffee, and tea.
Our restaurant is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 p.m.
