Overlooking our charming patio sits our restaurant, on a uniquely stylish and welcoming terraza with a lively dash of Spanish Colonial verve.
For the surprising decor, we have conjured up the atmosphere you would find in a Grand Hacienda during the Spanish Colonial Period. While you are there, you almost forget you are in the middle of Tegucigalpa in the 21st Century. For more casual meals, you may choose from our menu of light international dishes which may be enjoyed at the restaurant or in your room. Whether you want breakfast in bed, or crave a nightcap–we’ve got you covered!

Our restaurant is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 p.m.

Breakfast

In the morning, our guests are treated to a hearty complimentary gourmet breakfast featuring freshly baked treats prepared by our pastry chef, locally sourced fresh fruit, organic homemade jam, and a variety of cereals to choose from. We also offer a rotating speacialty item that rotates every morning.

Lunch + Dinner

Our lunch and dinner menu celebrate an entirely fresh approach to the very best ingredients – some familiar, some surprising – creatively paired, never over-worked, and brought together with delectable mouthwatering results. We offer a mixture of local cuisine for our adventurous guests as well as traditional menu items.

For the little ones we offer a children’s menu complete with kid favorites

Coffee Corner

Our brand new coffee corner and bar is the perfect place to relax, sip any of our artisanal coffee drink or grab a local beer while watching the game. Our menu is also comprised of a vast wine selection, desserts, finger foods and drinks for everyone. . Our fresh fruit smoothies are a deffinite must have treat.
